One price for your whole team
Every plan includes every core feature. You pay by the number of employees you manage, monthly, in your country’s currency, and you can cancel from your billing page whenever you like.
Prices are set per country in local currency (GBP) and applied to your workspace’s country at checkout.
Count everyone you will manage in OsmicPeople, including part-time staff.

How billing works
- How is pricing worked out?
- By the number of employees. Up to 10 employees and 11–25 employees are fixed monthly prices. 26 or more is priced individually — request a quote from the pricing page.
- What happens when we grow past our plan?
- You keep everything. When you reach the limit you are told the next tier and its price, and you upgrade explicitly from your billing page. We never charge more without you choosing to.
- Can we cancel?
- Any time from your billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- What counts as an employee?
- Anyone with an active or on-leave employee record in your workspace. Terminated employees stay in your history and are not counted.
- Which price applies to me?
- The price book for the country you choose at signup, charged in that currency. Each country has its own Starter, Growth and Enterprise tiers; countries without a dedicated price book use the international (USD) tiers. Your subscription keeps its currency even if the company’s country is changed later.
- Is there a free trial?
- Not currently. Book a demo and we will walk you through a live workspace before you subscribe.
