Lawful use
Use OsmicPeople only for lawful employment and HR purposes for the company that owns the workspace. Comply with employment, data protection and tax law that applies to you.
Other people's data
Only enter personal data you are entitled to process. Do not upload data about people who are not your employees, applicants or contractors without a lawful basis.
Security
Do not probe, scan or test the Service without written permission, attempt to access other workspaces, share credentials, or circumvent limits of your plan.
Content
Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or material that infringes intellectual property rights. Job postings must be genuine vacancies.
Workspace addresses
Do not register addresses that impersonate other organisations, contain offensive terms, or are reserved platform names.
Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend or terminate access for breaches, with notice where practical. Report abuse to support@osmicpeople.com.
