How we decide what to use
The rules depend on where you are. In the EU and EEA, and anywhere we cannot tell or the rules are strict, optional cookies stay off until you turn them on. In the UK, cookies that only remember your choices or count visits for us may be used without asking, but we tell you and you can turn them off. In the United States you can opt out of any selling or sharing, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as that opt-out. Your choice lasts six months; we ask again after that, or sooner if this policy changes.
Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. If that changes, they will be listed here and we will ask you first where the law requires it.
Customer workspaces
The HR portal (yourcompany.osmicpeople.com) keeps your sign-in in your browser's storage for as long as you are signed in. That is strictly necessary and is not used for anything else.
Changing your mind
Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice at any time — it takes one click. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking the session cookie will sign you out.
