OsmicPeople started as the HR system we ran our own company on. We needed attendance and leave that respected bank holidays, payroll that produced correct figures without a bureau, and one place for documents, onboarding and hiring — without paying for modules we would never use.

The result is one workspace per company, priced per employee, with the essentials included and everything else as an add-on you can switch on or off. Every customer gets their own address and their own branding; OsmicPeople is the platform underneath.
